Step 1 — Send your request

Use our inquiry form to enter your desired make, model, year, mileage, color, and budget, plus your email/WhatsApp.

Step 2 — We match auctions

We’ll reply with upcoming auction dates and matching cars (usually within the next week).

Step 3 — Set your max bid

You choose the car(s) you like and tell us your maximum bid (in JPY).

Important Notice: To proceed with bidding on your selected vehicle, we require an advance payment as confirmation of genuine interest. The advance payment amount will depend on the estimated cost of the vehicle. This ensures smooth processing and secures your request before we participate in the auction

Step 4 — We bid for you

We attend the auction and bid up to your limit—never above.

Step 5 — Win & ship

If we win, we send your invoice and start export paperwork + RoRo shipping from Japan. You’ll receive updates and shipping details until the car departs.
